Digital Products

Our online courses are classed as digital products. Once purchased, you will gain immediate access to course materials.

Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final. This means that once you have purchased and accessed/downloaded the course, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered.

Consumer Rights & Acknowledgement

Under UK consumer law, you normally have the right to cancel a digital product purchase within 14 days. However, by purchasing a course from Miss Recruitment LTD, you:

Acknowledge that you will gain instant access to the digital course materials, and
Agree that this access means you waive your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if the digital course is faulty or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our part, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
